Beginner to Finisher 5k

Want to learn how to run a 5K? Never run before or haven’t run in a really really long time? Need some help getting motivated? Well we have the answer for you!



The program meets on Saturday mornings beginning at 8:30 am at the Dunkerhook section of Saddle River Park, Paramus. Each workout will last approximately one hour and on the last week we will all run a 5k distance.

For only $85, your program includes:

  • 8 workouts including gentle physical training sessions and talks about many exercise-related subjects

  • Weekly coached group sessions and daily training plans by USATF and RRCA certified running coach

  • Membership and Ridiculous Support of De Novo Harriers

  • Technical running T-shirt
