Saddle River County Park, Rochelle Park Area 40 Railroad Avenue – (download map)
- Four Member Teams – 8 Mile Relay
- Each team member runs only 2 miles.
- Teams choose the order of runners.
- Flat & Fast USATF Sanctioned Certified Course.
- Scenic, paved park path along the Saddle River.

Each runner may run only 1 leg per team; but may run on more than 1 team.

Eight Team Categories: Male Open and Masters, Female Open and Masters, Mixed Open, Masters, 1st Responders, & Under 18.

Scoring will be by combined time of all 4 scoring team members.

Awards 3 deep in each team category.
Mail-In Pre-Registration must be received by Wednesday, April 12th.
Only needs to include team name and payment; team member names can be added and release signed on race day!
